With two decades of experience designing and delivering enterprise platforms across automotive, telecom, IoT, and the public sector, he combines deep technical expertise with whole-product thinking. His practice spans full-stack system design, AI/ML integration, agentic workflow orchestration, and production-grade data pipelines — from architecture through deployment. Beyond engineering, Tarek is a practitioner of servant leadership, bringing hands-on experience in team transformation, engineering culture development, career coaching, and structured mentoring frameworks. He sets the technical direction, owns delivery quality, and drives strategic partnerships that turn engineering capability into business outcomes.
